Publish America sent my page proofs for Dead Exes in Texas then gave me two days to proof them. This was a difficult task considering I work full time. Then to add to to stress and unhappiness my precious Mater began having seizures on Sunday after John brought him to pick me up from work. The seizure took a great tole on my little BT baby and Monday morning he crossed the Rainbow Bridge to Join Mickey and Domino to wait for me. Mater was a great little guy. He was happy and loved everyone. Needless to say John, Bridget and I are heart broken. Yesterday when I came home from work John walked me over to Mater's grave then read a proclamation awarding him an Honorary Marine posthumously. We cried as he pinned the Marine emblem on Mater's Winnie the pooh teddy bear. I told John that I would make Mater a BT plaque to place on his grave then we could embed the emblem in that. Mater was too young to be leaving us. I am grateful for everyone giving us comfort with their words or at least trying. I miss my little baby and his hugs and kisses. It hurts and all I can do is cry.
